1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoamBite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

RoamBite provides a live digital menu, location, and discovery platform for food trucks and mobile vendors, plus a public web menu for their customers. RoamBite does not process orders or payments between vendors and diners.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Vendor features require a RoamBite Pro subscription after a 14-day free trial. The free trial requires no payment method and does not auto-convert — you are charged only if you choose to subscribe. Diners use RoamBite for free.

RoamBite Pro is an auto-renewing subscription with the following terms:

  • Price: $9.99 per month, or $79.99 per year.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

  • Post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Impersonate another vendor or business.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the menu content, photos, and information you upload. You grant RoamBite a license to display that content as part of operating the service (including on your public menu page).

7. Termination

You may stop using RoamBite at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with the law.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that menu, hours, or location information is always accurate or available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoamBite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Apple App Store

If you download RoamBite from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), in addition to these Terms. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
