Delete your RoamBite account

You can delete your account and its data at any time — right from the app, or by request here if you no longer have it installed.

Fastest way: delete it in the app

Deleting from inside RoamBite is immediate and doesn't need our help — the account and its data are gone as soon as you confirm.

Vendor mode

  1. Open RoamBite and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll to the Account section.
  3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Diner mode

  1. Open RoamBite and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the account rows.
  3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your RoamBite account does not cancel a paid subscription — Apple and Google handle that billing, not us. Cancel it first in your App Store subscriptions or your Google Play subscriptions, or you'll keep being charged.

If you've already uninstalled RoamBite, you can delete your account right here — no app, no waiting. We'll email a 6-digit code to the address on the account to confirm it's you, and the deletion happens immediately once you enter it.

Can't receive email at that address?

If the inbox for your RoamBite account is gone, send us a request instead. We'll work with you to confirm the account is yours before deleting anything — so this route takes longer, up to 30 days, and we may need to ask you a few questions.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Whichever route you take, the same thing happens:

  • Your sign-in and profile.
  • Any food truck you own, and everything attached to it — menu categories and items, schedule, saved locations, announcements, ratings, and visit history.
  • Photos you uploaded: truck logo, banner, menu item images, QR code images, and your profile picture.
  • Your follows, your push notification tokens, and your in-app notification history.

What we keep, and why

  • Messages you've sent to support — including this deletion request — kept as a record that you asked. They're no longer linked to an account.
  • Anonymous analytics that were never tied to your identity, such as QR-scan counts with one-way hashed IP addresses.
  • Billing records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. We don't control those systems, and they keep transaction records for their own tax and accounting obligations.
