How does the free trial work?
Sign up free in the app and get full access for 14 days — no credit card and no payment up front. When the trial ends (or whenever you're ready), a paywall lets you subscribe to keep going.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free trial needs no payment info at all. You only add a payment method if and when you decide to subscribe, through your device's app store.
When am I charged?
Only if you choose to subscribe. There's no automatic charge when the 14-day trial ends — if you don't subscribe, vendor tools simply lock and you're never billed. When you do subscribe, your App Store / Google Play account is charged then, and it renews each month or year until you cancel.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account and menu aren't deleted — the vendor tools just lock until you subscribe. Subscribe anytime to pick up right where you left off.
How do I cancel?
Once you've subscribed, manage or cancel anytime in your phone's App Store / Google Play subscription settings. During the free trial there's nothing to cancel — no subscription exists yet.
Where is my subscription managed?
Billing is handled securely through your device's app store — we never see or store your payment details.
Can I switch devices?
Yes. Sign in on the new device and tap 'Restore Purchases' using the same Apple ID or Google account.
